“The Doctoral Community at the University of Liverpool Management School is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our student-led conference scheduled to take place in person, in Liverpool, from 4th-5th April 2022.

The purpose of the conference is to support PhD students’ and early career researchers’ scholarly development; help to develop and refine their research papers for publication in prominent journals; design and present proposals for international conference and facilitate their academic socialisation. We will therefore welcome submissions from a wide variety of topics in business, management and organization studies.

This two-day event is designed to facilitate both advanced ECRs looking to publish their research in prominent journals or, present their work at major international conferences alongside those in their early years of doctoral study perhaps unfamiliar with the demands of publishing and lacking in conference experience. With this in mind, we have separate calls for those wishing to present work of a publishable standard and for those wishing to participate in the conference workshop. We would therefore highly encourage MRes students and 1st and 2nd year PhDs to apply to participate in the conference workshop.

The deadline for extended abstracts is 24th January 2022.
