Venue and travel

The writing retreat takes place at “Hof Evershorst”, a 19th century farm located 10km north of the city center of Hanover. The farm, close to Hanover Airport, is home to a stud for breeding horses.

Venue address: Evershorster Strasse 70, 30855, Langenhagen, Germany (map).

Participants make their own travel arrangements.

🛪 If you travel by plane, you may go directly to Hanover Airport. A good alternative is Hamburg Airport with a decent train connection to Hanover.

🚅 Go to Hanover main station (“Hannover Hbf”; short for “Hannover Haupt-bahnhof”). From there it’s a 10-15 min ride with an “S-Bahn” or a local train to either “Hanover Airport” or “Langenhagen Mitte”.
